Red Dead Redemption follows the story of former outlaw John Marston as he journeys across the sprawling expanses of the American West and Mexico to track down the last remaining members of the notorious Van der Linde Gang in a bid to save his family. On PlayStation, Red Dead Redemption will also be available on the PS5 as well via backwards compatibility.
The Switch and PS4 versions bring the two classic games (Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare) in a single package, together again for both new players and original fans to enjoy across modern platforms. Rockstar Games has announced that Red Dead Redemption PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions come out on August 17.
